Just had my best shopping experience with Stylenanda. And all you shoppers out there: my bloody story is the lesson for your next purchase!


My latest order came before X-mas. Did try on all the clothes right away (I mean who can resist not putting on new clothes when a box of them just arrived). HOWEVER ATTENTION to you all: here goes my BIGGEST mistake. Along with all the clothes I had 3 paris of stockings that I ordered for my little collection -- basically as backups. I did not bother opening the packages of those stockings simply because I did not need to wear them right away. And to me they were in perfectly sealed packages that somehow I just assumed it would be the same condition for the items inside.


And guess what after all the holiday traveling and when I finally had the chance to open them one of them were ripped already!! Right off the package! I mean i had bought over 100 pairs already from everywhere and i just can't believe my first teared stockings were from stylenanda!


Okay so I contact the customer service right away. And the way I addressed the problem was I wanted to know what they can do about this situation.


Reply came in. This Phoebe girl started with "I am sorry to hear that". The the next thing was "we do not accept returns after 7 days here is a link to our policy for your reference".


I think the direct translation to this reply is: opps too bad poor you! And you know what nothing we can do now LOL~

So when did I ask for return Phoebe? Do you ever read your customers complains?


It was a pair of ripped stocking that was sent to my home. I paid for a pair of quality stockings that were wearable. Since I did don't you have to give me what I have paid for?


There could have been tons of things that you do to compensate your customer's loss. Giving out store credits is the norm (at least with the stores in my area and with the online stores that I have dealt with). Offer a next time discount or some kind of promises. Or just simply a proper apology was all I was looking for.


But that was all what I have ever been given. I definitely fought back after the crap that stylenanda threw at me. But guess what stylenanda just never fails to surprise me. This time Phoebe just simply gone mute..........And I was just ignored ever since.



Anyways the reason I am wasting all my time on stylenanda again is all for you!

BE CAREFUL with EVERY SINGLE ITEM that you order!

CHECK THEM RIGHT AWAY when you get them!

After that magically 7 days stylenanda JUST WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! so DO NOT EMAIL STYLENANDA! Waste of your life.


And one last piece of advice maybe try buying more from stylenanada! So that your probability of getting a bad item from them drops with every purchase you make!
